In an exciting turn of events, Gala Bingo has just added a side bets feature to their bingo games!Although this particular side bet feature is exclusive to Gala Bingo, it is by no means the first of it’s kind. In 2012, Polo Bingo offered their players the choice of placing side bets on their games The Race and Mystery Balls but the feature swiftly disappeared from the site.
‘Flutter’
If Polo Bingo’s feature was removed due to a lack of interest, Gala Bingo is certainly making a brave move. That said, we all know Gala Bingo are renowned for trying to things and testing new features. For instance there’s Flutter, which enabled players to place bets on game shows and other novelties before it was eventually dropped. Hopefully, this new side bets feature will be more successful.
How To Use Side Bets
Gala Bingo has even released a video tutorial to help their players use the new side bet feature. In summary, side bets allows players place bets on the outcome of future bingo games. To use side bets, players will need to buy one ticket at least for the game they are placing a bet on, following that they’ll be able to pick one of four options: Odd/Even – whether the ball that results in a full house will be odd or even. Colours – which colour the ball that results in a full house will be. Pairs – if the full house ball will be 11, 22, 33 and so on. High/Low – whether the ball that results in a full house will be below 45 or above 46. Each option also has an individual set of odds: Odd/Even – evens. Colours – 9/1. Pairs – 10/1. High/Low – 2/1.https://youtu.be/3wAwA_ewPtU There’s no limit to the amount you can place on a side bet, as far as we’re aware, but you can always test it out using little wagers. We’re excited to see how the new feature works out!
