A huge amount of choice is available when playing online bingo. Not only is there a plethora of different sites to choose from, you also have different types of bingo games offered. Before you get too confused, we've compiled a brief guide to the most popular options available.

90-ball bingo

By far the most popular version of bingo played online in the UK, 90-ball bingo is offered at most sites. Each card has three rows and nine columns. There are three prizes available in 90-ball bingo. The one-line prize is awarded to the first person to mark off all the numbers on one line of their card. Secondly, the two-line prize is given to whoever dabs all the numbers on two lines first. Finally, the biggest prize is the Full House. To win this you must be the first player to cover all 15 numbers on your card. It is possible for one player to win more than one prize during a game.

75-ball bingo

This version of the game originated in the US but has really taken off with UK players. Each card has a grid measuring five squares by squares and containing 25 numbers in a random order. At the beginning of the game a pattern is chosen and the first player to cover all the numbers in that pattern is the winner.

80-ball bingo

80-ball bingo is a fast-paced version of the game and is popular with players looking to get a quick bingo fix before their next game starts. The card has a 4x4 grid with 16 numbers printed on it. The aim is to be the first to cover one line followed by another prize for the Full House. Some sites also offer prizes for two and three lines or for columns and diagonals.
