Dragonfish has informed players of changes being made to its bonus structure. At the moment the alterations only affect a handful of bingo sites on the platform, including Coffee Bingo but they are set to be rolled out across all Dragonfish-powered sites. It used to be the norm that only bingo bonuses were awarded on Dragonfish sites but this had been extended to include games bonuses on sites that wanted to opt in. This usually meant that players could transform their winnings from bingo bonuses into real cash or sacrifice the bonus to be able to withdraw finds when the minimum amount had been reached. However, the new rules mean that any winnings generated from a bingo bonus will be placed into a bingo bonus account until the wagering requirements have been met. Only then will bonus winnings be allocated as cash. This brings sites on the Dragonfish Network into line with the rules on many other sites, including some of those on the Virtue Fusion platform.
Members have been notified of bonus changes by email
Members of the sites affected by the change have been sent emails to notify them of the new rules. Players continuing to participate on these sites after the emails have been sent are deemed to have agreed to the new conditions. If you play on a Dragonfish bingo site but haven’t yet received an email then it’s likely that the rules haven’t yet been introduced at your favourite site but it’s only a matter of time so keep your eyes peeled for new messages coming in. The new terms will be in place at around 12 Dragonfish sites within the next two weeks. It’s expected that all of the remaining sites will adapt the changes by the end of September. Brands such as Foxy Bingo and Costa Bingo that use Dragonfish software but don’t form part of the network will be able to decide for themselves if they want to adopt the new bonus system.
