Microgaming magicked up the enchanting game, Rabbit in the Hat, back in April 2015 in order to bring a touch of enchantment into the world of online slot games. This is a hugely entertaining game, well suited to anyone who loves a bit of showmanship and a touch of magic. Here you’ll find enough excellent extras to keep you thoroughly glued to the game, for example, the Magic Hats feature (keep on reading to find out more).
Theme
Rabbit in the Hat follows the story of a musician and his dazzling act which includes tricks like, of course, pulling a white rabbit out of a top hat. This makes for a fantastically fun theme with symbols on the reels all relating to magic and mystery. The reels themselves are set on a classic stage with red show curtains drawn to one side of the screen and the magician sitting on the other.
How to play
This game is set on 5×3 reels with a fixed amount of nine pay lines. The total betting stake is up to you; simply choose your coin denomination from any amount between 1p and 20p. This leaves you with a total wager which will be between 9p and £18 per spin. Microgaming have treated us to a few time-saving features, such as a Max Bet button and an Auto Play option. There is a jackpot prize of 50,000 coins up for grabs which is awarded when five wild symbols appear on the reels at once.
Bonuses and extras
The magic hats feature comes into play when the magician waves his magic wand and makes a top hat appear on the reels, triggering one of a series of possible bonus rounds. If a green magic hat with the words ‘cash’ written on it appears on your reels you will be rewarded with an instant cash amount. This will usually come to around two or three times your bet. The blue magic hat will trigger the ten free spins bonus. These spins can be re-triggered which always adds a bit of excitement to the bonus round.
