Theme
Gemix is based around bright and shiny gems that fill up the reels, but there are 3 worlds in which you can play. The first world is the Miner’s World and this sees you transported down a mine where you’ll find lots of interestingly shaped gems to match up. There are no paylines but there’s 7 reels with 7 symbols on each, creating a grid pattern.
How to Play
In this game, touching symbols can be matched up either vertically or horizontally to create winning combinations; a minimum of 5 of the same gem symbol are needed for a win. When a match is created the gems explode and replacements fall in from above, adding new symbols to create new combinations until there are no more matches left in the game. In Gemix, each world has its own individual wild symbol.
3 Worlds in 1 Game
To move on from the Miner’s World to the Princess’ World and then the Wizard’s World, you need to match at least 3 unique combinations of symbols which are displayed to the right of the screen. A special World Bonus is won when each level is completed. Each world has its own special features, such as up to 10 wild symbols dropping onto the grid in the Miner’s World and up to 8 sticky wilds appearing in the Wizard’s World.
