Could it be you? A UK winner scooped the prize of £38 million in the EuroMillions draw which took place on the 23rd April 2019. As of yet, the name of the winner/winner has not been announced. Speaking after the announcement, Andy Carter from The National Lottery said: “Players all across the country are now urged to check their tickets to be in with a chance of claiming this amazing prize.” The numbers drawn were 18, 23, 27, 42 and 44 with the Lucky Stars numbers 02 and 07.

2019 is certainly a lucky year for UK winners. Patrick and Frances Connolly from Northern Ireland scooped £114.9 million on New Year’s Day. Hereford winner Ade Goodchild won £71 million on the 15th March. 58 year old Ade who worked at a metal factory quit his job, and said he would treat his family and enjoy have a luxury lifestyle, and who can blame him? Ade, of Hereford, said: “I’m not one of these winners who is going to say this win won’t change me. It bloody well will or at least I’ll give it a damn good go. “They’ll be no more shift work for me. I want to travel, find myself a lovely new home, go to top sporting events, and try many other things besides.” The draws for the EuroMillions takes place on Tuesdays’ and Fridays, so you never know your luck.
