Mecca Bingo is one of the most well known bingo brands in the country both online and offline, the company have announced they are redesigning the online bingo site.
Mecca Bingo Overhaul
Speaking at last week’s Online Bingo Summit 2015 in London, the company’s digital operations director Claire Osborne revealed that the brand is giving its online presence an overhaul, with IT experts having spent a year working on the project.
Personalisation
The new Mecca Bingo site allows players to personalise their experience by choosing a colour from a swatch at the top of the website. Five colours are available and the choices are based on the brand’s logo. If you love the shocking pink that currently provides the backdrop for the site you are welcome to keep it but players can also choose from blue, purple, orange and green. The preferences will be saved and will alter the look of site across all devices so you don’t need to change it yourself on each one. On top of that, a search bar has been introduced along with a new community area for players to chat with each other.

The revamped site has a fluid design, which makes life easier for players and means you don’t need to learn to navigate the site between different devices. So whether you’re playing on a laptop, tablet or smartphone, you’ll know exactly how to get to your favourite game quickly and easily.
Bingo halls
Bingo fans who prefer to visit a traditional Mecca Bingo hall aren’t being left out either as plans are afoot to roll out the new design into Mecca outlets up and down the country. The hand held tablet devices used in the company’s bingo halls will all feature the new design, tying together the online and physical brands.
