Dragonfish – one of the biggest and most recognised bingo networks – has announced and implemented some changes to its bonus policy. Customers have been informed of the changes every step of the way, with account holders getting a pop-up notification when logging into their online account.
Changes to wagering requirements
Essentially, the changes mean that for every bonus players are given, they have to meet the standard bingo wagering requirements before the winnings earned from the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. For bingo, the wagering requirements are very simply four times the amount of the bonus. However, for instant games, casino games, and slots, the requirement depends on whether it’s a deposit related bonus. If it is, the wagering is 80 times the deposit plus related bonus. Otherwise, it’s 99 times the bonus amount. For example, customers who deposit £10 would receive a 200% bingo bonus (£20) and 100% games bonus (£10). In order to turn any winnings into real cash, customers must wager four times the £20 bonus (£80) on the bingo and 80 times the £10 deposit + £10 bonus (£1,600) on the games. There is currently no option to opt out of bonuses.
